I had found and killed what looked like a bed bug, so I called this team for an inspection. They were available the next day. I chose the dog inspection and even though it's more expensive, I think it is totally worth it because it gives me peace of mind (especially if eggs are hard to see). My technician Shaharyar was SUPER thorough. He and the dog inspected all likely hiding spots as well as places I personally was nervous about; he didn't dismiss or ignore any of my suggestions for places to inspect. We ended up finding an exoskeleton but no live bugs or eggs, thankfully! Shaharyar also answered all my questions about bed bugs and gave me advice on how to reduce risk of future occurrences. I am very happy with the service for their professionalism, timeliness, and thorough care.

Amazing service! I had a bed bugs in my basement room, I was so worried about these little blood-sucking monsters will spread in the house. Very quick and responsive - we had an issue Thursday night, their 24 hour call centre was available immediately and got us to send over a picture of the bug, their inspectors confirmed it looked like a bed bug the next day and we immediately booked an inspection with their k9 unit for the next day. We were struggling with bed bugs and couldn’t deal with sleeping another night with them. We decided to go with the Heat Treatment as the results were suppose to be immediate. And let me tell you it was just that! As promised all bed bugs were eliminated including eggs in a single visit. They also did a follow up visit during which they set a residual barricade for future prevention. Best part was we had to do minimal prep and didn’t have to throw out any of our expensive furniture! Called this morning, concerning possibility of bed bugs in my son's apartment. My questions and concerns were immediately answered and within a couple of hours Faraz was inspecting the apartment. Our 5bdrm home had a heat treatment done and the experience was a great experience because of the professionalism and responsiveness from Zach. He was able to answer all my questions (I had a ton of questions) which made me feel comfortable (especially in these covid times) with doing the treatment on our home. It took about 6 hours in total to complete the treatment. We had had signs of bedbugs due to us being unlucky I guess however it’s been 2+ months and we have not experienced any more bites post the treatment. They also had a 3 month warranty so that did allow for peace of mind in case the bugs were not fully gone. We sleep in peace now 😊.

I had the horrifying experience of bringing bed bugs home with me from a hotel in October 2018. Zafar came over and did the first treatment and the bites stopped immediately. He came for a 2nd treatment 2 weeks later and assured me that the bugs were gone. I'll be honest I was very skeptical. I never write online reviews, but if anyone is suffering BB's then they need to get professional help. My PCO, Alex was fast and efficient. They gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment a few days later. The cost included an initial treatment & a follow up treatment within 2 weeks. The problem did not go away after waiting another 2 weeks from the follow up, BUT they offered a warranty on their services. Instead of refunding my money, I asked for them to return and treat my home again. I did all the prep work (laundering, bagging, mattress covers)- it was really stressful but it all paid off. It has been over 2 weeks since the third treatment and I have since not gotten any new bites!

Got these scary insects a few months ago. Called this company to take care of the problem. It was no doubt a wonderful experience Zafar came first time he was great guy and did a very good job. then Naseer came to follow up and I was rid of them after that. Very happy. Note: I prepared my place very well, which probably contributed to the success. Google: 'preparing for bed bug treatment'.You will need to do this, whoever you hire. It's a ton of work but worth it if you upkeep your place diligently afterwards.

Saw a bed bug on my headboard one day and freaked out. Did a bit of research to find a bed bug exterminators and came across this company. Naseer came in to help us and found bed bugs. He was very helpful and responsive in answering questions. He did the first treatment and a few weeks later came in for a second light treatment which he said he saw no bed bug activity. I am hoping they are truly gone for good but the service of this company has been excellent. Naseer was very helpful to us giving us advice.

I suspected that I had bed bugs in my room because I had bites on my legs when I woke up, so I looked online and found Bed Bug Exterminator Pro and they come in and checked by room with their dogs and determined that I had a flee problem which was due to the infested soil in my plants. They were able to exterminate the feels while they were there and now I do not have bites any more. Found two live bed bugs right after the heat treatment. They did not move my dresser around enough and must of found some cold spots. I prepared all day and took the day off for this heat treatment. I spent over $3500 and I still have bed bugs.
